Very simply and effectively!  We began importing from China in 2014 and quickly became the go to suppliers for reusable metal straws in Australia.  Recently, we found we were being undercut by promotions suppliers, and even direct purchasers from China. 

BUT – the customers were later ringing us up, complaining that the straws were of sub-standard quality.  In other cases, orders were stranded in customs with hundreds or thousands of dollars owing in duty.  Others had logos upside down, or simple words misspelled.  Plenty of people who backed themselves to order direct from China got burned – and lost big bucks in the process.  Or they ended up with a drop-shipper and waited over 100 days for delivery!

We stepped in where we could help, but most often the only answer was to re-order from us through our supplier.  We don’t want that to be your experience ordering Stainless Steel Straws.

We found that the most efficient and transparent way to meet the market was to buy the straws through our manufacturer and have them delivered direct to your address.

This way, we could add our fee upfront and still deliver the lowest, most competitive quote for bulk stainless steel straws.

It’s a win/win – you get quality straws, with zero risk, delivered to your door.  And we get your business, and know that demand is being met with quality, reusable straws. 

We charge a flat $110 set up fee, plus 4% of the total invoice cost.  For most bulk stainless steel straw orders of around $2000, that translates into just over $200.

You would be right to say our margin is around 10% for your business.

No, you need nothing except a method of payment.  Our business is registered for gst in New South Wales.  Your bulk stainless steel straws order will be shipped direct from our Chinese manufacturers to your door. 

We use superfast delivery companies like TNT, IPEC, DHL and TOLL.  Delivery in 95% of orders is around 10 days – which is the time it takes for handling in China and shipping to Australia viz airfreight.

Upon acceptance of your quote, please make payment in full and we will process your wholesale stainless steel straws order.
Each order is processed separately by our Chinese partners and you can expect delivery at your address in around 10 days.
We are not dropshippers, or affiliate marketers or anything like that.  Our business model is based on us sourcing the best quality, most competitively priced stainless steel straws.  We charge a flat rate for each transaction ($110) plus 4% of the total.
We prefer direct deposit to our bank account. If you prefer, we are able to process your order through Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.  Please note an additional 4% processing fee is payable for Visa, Mastercard and Paypal.
